Mengrai Maharajwitthayakhom was Amazing

Same like the previous day, it still foggy morning in the hotel. The breakfast also from hotel and I ate with my friend but this day is different because we will sent to our each school and all of us have different school. We brought our luggage to the campus then we introduced to school’s delegation to pick us up to the school. They were very excited with this program and they welcome us wells. I was placed in Mengrai Witthayakhom School. After welcomed by the teacher, we went to the school. It is really near from the university, about 5km. When we arrived in the boarding house, we put all of our stuff in our new boarding house. This boarding house is very good because the school gave new kitchen stuff to us and it also has a full set kitchen with good washing machine, not only that it also has clean bathroom. In the boarding house we live with two internship teacher from China, they are very kind but they cannot speak English well so we just use gesture and Google translate to communicate.

In the afternoon, we went to Blue Temple, that was very beautiful place, and it also use to pray by Buddhist. We took lot of photo there with the teacher too and after that we have lunch in Muslim restaurant. I was very happy there is a Muslim restaurant even it quite far from the school but it does not matter because it show that there is respect in diversity even Muslim is minority but here there is a Muslim restaurant. The food is very delicious and the owner also a Muslim, i was really happy to see her. After having lunch he bought some food to continue our live in boarding house and then went home. First good experience with teacher in Mengrai. In the night it was really cold and i we went bed early.

I open this second day (23rd January 2018) with foggy morning in the hotel then I have a breakfast in the lobby with my 18 friends from Indonesia and Philippines. This in a great opening because we know each other and they are my new friends but feels like they are my old friends because we are very close. After we have breakfast, we went to the campus to get orientation from CRRU, before that there was an opening ceremony to welcoming us as a part of student in CRRU by this program. It was a pleasure and luck for us because we have already being the part of the other university in Thailand. The orientation season opened with a great delivery by Mr T-Rawat and he told us a lot about CRRU. And he also tells about Muslim community in this country we were very excited about this because we need to keep halal food. After telling about CRRU and Chiang Rai, Mr T-Rawat divided us to some school. And I was distributing to Mengrai School with Fiqa, my roommate in the Hotel. I was very exci

I.           General Information and Academic Administration of Mengrai Maharajwitthayakhom School A.     School Profile Mengrai Maharajwitthayakhom School was declared Ministry of Education On Tuesday, January 9, 1980, the third high school of Chiang Rai district. The school is located at 113 Moo 3, Tambon Nanglae, Amphoe Mueang, Chiang Rai. It is 11 kilometers from Chiang Rai city.  The school has been teaching since 1980. There are 4 classrooms, 175 students, 9 teachers, and Mr. Prasert Suwannajit is the first director. Later in the academic year 2530 was approved to open high school.
